Red, White and Georgia Blueberry Pie


  • 1 pack Graham crackers or 1/3 pound, crushed
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 stick butter, melted
Directions:  Spread evenly, 2 cups of cream cheese filling over crust.  Then pour evenly, can of blueberry pie filling.  Add the remaining cream cheese filling covering top from edge to edge of pan.  Decorate top of pie into an American flag by arranging fresh Georgia blueberries and can of cherry pie filling.  REFRIGERATE for at least one hour.  Enjoy.

Cream Cheese Filling: (Blend together in food processor.)

  • 3 (8 oz.) blocks of cream cheese
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups lemon juice

Pie filling

  • 1 (21 oz.) can blueberry pie filling
  • 1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
  • 1 1/2 cups Georgia blueberries
