Red, White and Georgia Blue Salad

  • 3 cups plain yogurt
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 teaspoons lemon peel
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 pint fresh strawberries
  • 2 cups Georgia blueberries
Directions:Blend plain yogurt, sweetened condensed milk, lemon peel and pecans with a hand mixer.  Pour half of this mixture into a glass 1 1/2 qt. size dish.  Add lemon juice and fold in miniature marshmallows.  Spread a layer of strawberries halves and Georgia blueberry halves on top. Repeat with layers of the mixture and berries, ending with the Georgia blueberries.  Place in freezer.  Remove and start to thaw before serving.  Serve in small squares.
